Most incompetent business I've dealt with in my 35+ year career. Similar issues to previous complaint. We have ****** tied up for over one month due to in effective business practices and convoluted organization structure. No one has answers to anything and spans across multiple departments that do not communicate to one another. Not once has a single person from that company, who put payment process on hold from several departments, reach out to resolve the information. Everything is done through group emails and no one follows up. I will be leaving this company once I receive the money they are holding or should I say stolen.Review from Richard L

Our review details a highly negative experience with North American Bancard (NAB) and its associated platform, ****************************, from a small business called ******************. The company, "******************, implemented **** credit card processing service in early 2023 but rarely used it, with a notable recent transaction of $9,000 triggering significant issues. *** claimed the company exceeded a $1,000 high-purchase limit after it had previously approved an $1875 sale without objection in December of 2023. Cabinets Qwick was unaware of a high limit ******* release the funds, *** demanded extensive documentation, including three months of bank statements and customer invoices. Despite providing the requested information, such as incomplete bank activity records due to statement cycles, the company has faced a lack of communication and unresolved delays. *** has already deducted its fees from the payment, exacerbating the financial strain on Cabinets Qwick, a small home business reliant on timely cash flow to fulfill orders. The company believes *** is deliberately stalling, potentially targeting small businesses unable to push back effectively. This situation has caused severe stress, potential loss of customers, and revenue risks. Cabinets Qwick warns others against using ***, encourages complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and mentions exploring legal options, including a class-action lawsuit. If I could give less than one star I would, but it's required to post a review.Review from Rebekah N

This is the most dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. When I went to close the account, a process that has thus taken me OVER 9 months. Every phone call I was required to jump thru a new hoop. Now 9 months later the equipment that was used and returned in Feb-Month one- they are trying to claim I never returned, even though I have forward the letter stating I returned it at least 2 times to them. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They never returned phone calls, or followed up when they said they were going to do something. They work with **********-, Payments hub, Time Payment you really want to stay away from these companies.North American Bancard Response

We changed our POS system on April/2018. When this happened, I called *** to cancel our merchant services account. They took my information over the phone and I thought that was it. In May/2024 we sold our restaurant. Our *** did a closing audit of our bank account and informed us that *** was still taking out their fees throughout this entire time. We are talking about thousands of dollars over this period. I called NAB and eventually ended up speaking with ******. She stated that *** did not receive an e-mail in 2018 notifying them of my cancellation and as a result they show no evidence that I cancelled. However, when I called to address this issue, they immediately cancelled our account over the phone. They said no e-mail was needed when asked?? I asked ****** for reimbursement for over 5 years of fees charged by *** of which no services were being rendered. She stated that their policy was they would reimburse for only 3 months. I asked for proof of this and I received a response that does not pertain to this matter and that there would be no reimbursement. IS THIS LEGAL? We'll find out! My CASE NUMBER IS ********. They are now saying that I need to return their equipment or else we will be charged an additional $299.00. There is no equipment. We had our own. *** did not lose a ***** over the years since there were no transactions. I lost thousands!!! I'M CALLING ON NORTH AMERICAN BANCARD TO MAKE THIS WRONG A RIGHT! I SEE BY SOME OF THE BBB REVIEWS, THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED THIS.North American Bancard Response

I signed a contract (3 years) and approximately a year into I went with a higher-end credit card machine on a trial basis since it had more options. The new machine was not working out so I went back to the original machine. I decided to cancel the contract and move on to GoDaddy due to a better machine/fees etc. However, NAB (specifically ************) started a new contract date with the machine I tried on a trial basis creating a higher cancellation fee. Secondly, ************ was quite rude and his speech was filled with multiple expletives. Totally unprofessional! Also, they had numerous fees! Avoid this company!! They advertise in Dynamic Chiropractic so beware chiropractors!Review from Nicholas O

Signed up with Authorize.net in Feb 24 to get a payment processor in place for a newly formed LLC. As the business is new, we have not needed to process any transactions yet. We were using no physical equipment. Just online payment processing. Anyhow, In July i started noticing all of these emails about ACH holds and no account being located etc. I log into the account and my account info is all there. Also, I noticed there have been a series of Credits/Debits to my account that they cannot explain. When I call customer service I am told the acct is in collections and I need t contact collections. When I speak with collections I am told that was "Glitch" they haven't seen before I and must talk with customer service to resolve the issue. I have gone back and forth 5 times now between the two and still have no answers. The collections manager was supposed to call me earlier this week and never did. I called today and while waiting on hold for 1/2 hour for the manager just to be cold transferred back to customer service so they could tell me the account is in collections. This is unacceptable and I will be exploring my legal options.Review from Shirley B

This company is awful! They are going out of business because good companies with fair fees are on the market now. I switched to square months ago and my staff forgot to cancel the account through ********************************************* bank card so tho they did nothing to receive my fees, and I was not under contract they continued to take fees out of my account. It was only caught when the account was closed due to a business structure change. I was contacted and had to pay further past due fees still for services I did not use. I paid by phone and asked if there was anything I needed to do and they said nothing and that I would get a confirmation by mail. I did not open the confirmation because I had been assured I was done with this grifting company and was not told there was further action. Months more pass and I am billed almost ****** for the antiquated card runner! I tried to find an old contract but had been a consumer since 2010 and no longer have records that far back. I called to tell them the check had been mailed and the collecting lady tells me I have to pay by phone and cancel my check and was absolutely disgusting on the phone. 2010! I was a faithful customer for ***** years and they were given more than their fair share in fees and everything paid timely. They get paid for nearly a year for absolutely nothing, no service provided, not even a statement mailed. Finally I agree to pay the thieving ****** for the equipment they will likely dispose of and still get treated the way I did. Ive been in business for 33 years and can recommend this company less than anyone I have done business with. A one star is too much.North American Bancard Response

Do not do business with this company. They will lock you into a contract that contradicts the terms they offer. Once you discover that their payment hardware and software is unreliable, they will charge you hundreds of dollars to terminate the account, claiming that the contract includes a hefty early termination fee on a years-long contract despite telling you in writing that there's no cancellation fee and that you are never locked into a contract.North American Bancard Response
