    Been with FSA for 14 years. **** has been great to work with and love the plan they put together for me for my retirement.

    Had been going there for years. *** is a good C.P.A. But unfortunately, this last time we went to get our taxes done we had to have our stuff mailed back to **. They sent our information UNSELAED back to us!!! We even took a picture of the opened envelope, WITH the **** sticker saying Received unsealed. When we had told them about this, ****** (the office manager) told my wife it was her fault since she didn't come back to get the paperwork. They put the blame on us. They refused to reimburse us for our taxes, or even offer lifelock or something for a year to compensate. So all our information was open for the public sent by the company and they blamed us for not coming to get it. It will be the last time we ever use them or recommend them.

    I was never happy with FSA, my account for 33 years sold his business (YBR) to this company and it was the only reason I followed him there. well he retired after two years without telling us which left us in a bind and forced us to find a new accountant. I am in no contract with FSA and their billing is questionable. I was lucky to find a former employee of YBR that also left FSA. I trust her and since moved to her company which is very sharp with excellent service.
