The problem with Lending Force, LLC of ************* (a mortgage brokerage company) from early December 2024 and continues as we continue to dispute and file complaints regarding their deceptive business practices. This involves deceptive practices, mis-representation and fraudulent inducement in the refinancing of a home mortgage, predatory lending targeting seniors, abuse of VA Loan Guarantee Program, unauthorized debits from our bank account and an unauthorized hard-credit pull. In short, the brokers/Lending Force stated (in writing and verbally - very emphatically and repeatedly) one set of terms but delivered another and then blamed the *********************** for what they called an error (omission of taxes in escrow) to make it look like the payment we'd be expecting would be lower. They provided the lower rate in preliminary closing documents, stated the lower rate over and over again, including at the Closing table. The quote was always your payment will be around $2600 with taxes and insurance included. However the set of documents they provided us was different from what they provided the lender and Notary for our signing. Then they deliberately arranged the Closing for Christmas Eve and provided us the Prelims only hours earlier. When we suggested rescheduling, they used scare tactics and reminded us that the Prelims were the exact duplicate of the official docs **************** Further, they obtained our bank information (debit card) saying it's just for security. Then took $700 from out account. They obtained the non borrower wife's ssn, saying its just to have on hold with the Lender. Then used it to perform a hard-credit pull on the non-borrower's credit file - falsely presenting her as the "VA Borrower" when the Husband is. Then the CEO offered us $2500 check for us to just "put it all behind us". There's so much more. Very bad experience and now we are at a $3300 monthly mortgage, when they led us to believe it would be $2600.Business Response

Lending Force has been blowing up my phone the last few months. They always call from a weird number that cannot be called back. Several times I've asked to please take me off their list and they hang up on me while I'm speaking. Each and every time!This is getting ridiculous!Business Response

I have been contacted numerous times from people from Lending Force about refinancing my mortgage and have told them that I wasnt interested and to stop calling me. They have not listened and continue to contact me every day and sometimes multiple times a day. This is now harassment and I want it to stop immediately.Business Response

I applied for a refinance with this company. They assured me they would only do a soft pull on my credit. They rocerded to do 3 hard pulls each time stating they were soft. To top it off, they allegedly were putting together closing documents for me to look at and I have not heard anything back from the officer **** ****** who at first assured me everything looked good pending an appraisal.Business Response

This company calls me multiple times a day. I have never inquired about their services. I have asked several times about not calling me, stating I dont want thier services. And yet they keep calling. And the operators simply say oh well you never told me to not call...it has become harassment at this point.Business Response

I was called by lending force was working with **** and everything was going well. Until he would not stop calling and trying to contact me. Even after repeated times of me asking him to be patient and that I would contact him when I was ready. During this process he was very pushy so I blocked his number. I then got a call from another representative right after the fact and told him that I didn't want to talk with him and to put me on the do not contact list. He then proceeded to try to get me to talk with him. Super unprofessional representatives and harassing behavior from them cost you guys a customer.Business Response

Predatory and Harassing Practices:I am filing this complaint against Lending Force due to their predatory and harassing practices. This company has repeatedly engaged in unsolicited contact, bombarding me with unwanted phone calls despite my explicit requests to stop!Unsolicited Calls: Lending Force has called me multiple times a day, often from different numbers, in an attempt to circumvent blocking. These calls are aggressive and clearly violate consumer privacy standards.Predatory Behavior: The representatives use high-pressure tactics to push financial services, which feels coercive and unethical. This is particularly concerning given their claims of offering "help" to consumers while clearly prioritizing their profits.Lack of Accountability: Attempts to speak with a supervisor or remove my number from their system have been ignored. Lending Force calls me a minimum of three times a day from different numbers each time that are designed to look like local numbers to my state, not Michigan phone numbers. I've never expressed interest in a home loan within the last 2 years and have never once initiated contact with Lending Force. Yet they keep calling me saying i recently expressed interest in a home loan. I've asked to be unsubscribed. I've tried being nice on calls, I've been blunt, rude, angry - nothing gets these people to stop harassing me.
