1 starThis company is not to be trusted, they tried to make me sign documents and go forward with a loan that would have sent me and my family into major financial problems. They are holding my appraisal hostage and since I am working with another company they are now unable to return a message, phone call or email. When I would get non stop messages from them a week ago. Take your business and trust with your finances elsewhere trust me, they also tried to tell me that the appraisal we got may not have been with them. I let them know that their company name is on the first page and they have not responded or transfered our appraisal as requested.Review fromJennifer H

1 starWill never recommend this company.Worst experience of our life. The representative kept claiming the loan would get approved. Said not to make house payment , so we didnt . Said to pay $650 appraisal fee and would get back. Didnt get it back, in fact they are now ghosting us and never to be heard from again. Paid for unnecessary repairs to get VA approval because again the representative said loan would get approved. Loan denied! That representative wasnt even going to have the decency to call until I emailed them and we text him. Now Im out $650 + unnecessary repairs that werent really needed, and playing catch up with my mortgage. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!Review fromRondu P

I came to Lending Force from another company that had left such a bitter taste in my mouth, given promises that they had no ambition on keeping and a totally unprofessional storm of chaos but my experience with Lending Force turned it all around the VA cash out refinance can be challenging and its important that your company is experienced in Reconsiderations of Value NOV and Lending Force stood in there with me every step of the way.. keeping me inform, always polite and courteous a lender is just a lender it is the people that bring the service to life.. and I would do business with them again and again and would recommend them if quality service matters to you and your family Thank you ****** & ***** , ***** and the rest of your team

Beware! They are a scam. they sent a notary to my house at the exact time my other mortgage lender was supposed to send a notary. if we were not careful we would have been baited. Really bad customer experience. Pl be carefulLending Force

Terribly company, they dont do what they say they will, when you attempt to go with another mortgage company to refinance they are slow to transfer needed documentation. They will do anything to attempt to hold onto your loan and prevent you from going elsewhere. Definitely a predatory company stay away. These dudes are shark.Lending Force

Our beginnings with this company went great, but since approval and closing, they have dropped the ball on obtaining the refund of our appraisal fee. We put that in a credit card as we expected to simply turn around and pay it back with the refund. We closed in August and have still not received the refund. My wife has followed up because at this point I am beyond frustrated, I am angry. The loan *** sends texts saying they are :working on it", "it will be awnt out next week"....yet week after week there is nothing. No refund and now interest building up in the amount charged. Like I said...they were great until the weren't. Now my wife isn't getting any return calls or texts and we still have no refund. I am disappointed because as I stated before, all was great until now. Just a reminder that it's not over until it is actually over.Lending Force

This company calls several times a day to get your information for a refinance loan & then gets the appraisal money then you never hear from them after that, this has been over 45 days working with them & so far nothing. They don't return calls or email, which lets you know that they scam people for *********************** funds. People are working hard and need their money not scammers from your homes you never know people situation, God is watching you doing evil thi gs to people, it's sadLending Force
