    We hired Bowen Paving as they came highly recommended. However, when they were completed, they scratched our new patio, had asphalt over the new border patio, we have a big puddle and was told that this is normal and they stated they delivered over ************************ fact they did not. Called several times and spoke with the owner, **** Bowen who did nothing about any of these issues. My husband called and they hung up on him. They are not professional by any means and do not want to deal with any issues that they caused. I do not recommend using them.
