      Went to Dunham Sports today. 3/13/24 and was going to purchase ammo remington 115 50 rd sku ************ and it was ten dollars more than *****************. I took a photo of RK shelf sticker with the same SKU priced ***** at Dunhams it was ***** give or take $2. I cant remember the exact price at Dunhams. I went up to the front and asked if they could price match they called a manager and said no it has to be in a add. This makes no sense as last time I went there it was no issue simple price match. This puts a poor taste in my mouth. They are never busy and ide rather support a smaller store. I purchase a lot there but after this event I dont think I will ever be back. The lady at the front was not very nice either and that is not how customer service should work. Being they were the same exact item at both facilities it doesnt make any sense. Its not like they were even on sale at ***************** it was their normal price. I see on ****** that there are many reviews that never get answered and that is why I am trying here. Thanks.

      Thank you for making us aware of this customer's experience and I thank you for the opportunity to respond.  For various reasons, to confirm a claim that a customer found the exact same product for less elsewhere, we have a very limited list of what is acceptable support.  The price matching policy is on our website and provides:

      If a Dunhams store, or another competitor, has available stock for sale on the exact item you purchased (or plan to purchase) at Dunhams Sports at a lower price, we will refund 100% of the difference.* To receive your refund, present your Dunhams Sports sales receipt and Dunhams acceptable documentation of the lower price within 30 days of the original purchase (acceptable documentation is defined as a printed coupon or ad, or a photo of the coupon or ad). Please present this information at your local Dunhams store.

      Based on the customer's statement, it appears he did not present the proper documentation and therefore the store was unable to process his request.  If he can obtain a copy of the ad from the other store, or other acceptable documentation, we will gladly proceed with his request.

      Im sorry but that makes no sense why has it been accepted in the past. It is all good I will not support your business anymore as I have tried and the quality of customer service is terrible.

      I purchased a handgun at Dunhams ,it doesn't work, I took it back to Dunhams , the manager said she would send it to the manufacturer for repairing June 2022. it is November 2022 and I haven't received my gun back. I talked with the district manager who said he would check into it , but still haven't heard back from him either.
