      I have a 2012 Town and Country that needed head/ engine work as the service bulletin that identified an issue was expired. I had already taken it to 2 other shops who said this was the issue but their quote was higher. When I called this business I was made to feel as though I had no idea what I was talking about and this probably wasnt the problem. After paying for a full diagnostic from them they agreed with the other shops provided a quote less than surrounding other shops which led me to use them. They had a quick turn around but told me the technician that had done the work had an emergency and was unable to finish the job (he was halfway through it) but I was told he texted instructions to his boss on how to complete the job. I understand this stuff happens and conveyed to them so. They called the next day saying it was done and ready to pick up. I drove it home and found that the ** wasnt working. When I called them they said nothing they would have done would have caused this and wanted me to pay for another diagnostic appointment. When I tried to reason with them they suggested I either agree or take it elsewhere. So I took it elsewhere. The shop I took it to agreed to look as it didnt seem right from their point of view and after 5 minutes on the hoist, found that they had unplugged the ** condenser and didnt plug it back in. Why they unplugged it, I have no idea as they were adamant that they didnt need to touch it. This company has been nothing but condescending, disrespectful, and difficult to work with. I will never take my vehicle here again or suggest it to anyone else. I guess the saying you get what you pay for rings true. They were cheaper for a reason.

      The technician had indicated that he probably did leave the connector off of the air conditioning compressor, prompting my call to the customer. I apologized for any confusion during my absence the previous week. I had offered that the customer return with the vehicle and we would inspect and verify the cause of the air conditioning issue at no charge. I was informed by the customer that the air conditioning had already been repaired. I again apologized for our error. The dealership sent the customer a gift card to help reimburse the time spent fixing the issue.
