The staff are friendly, courteous, and great listeners who understand your needs. I have been seeing them for years and there are no other businesses that come close to giving you the local feel and comfort. Lori the receptionist and Dr. Lyons the Audiologist are who I have the most experience with and they are excellent at their jobs. Always knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend McDonald Audiology!Review from Mike S

My husband and I went to get new speakers for our hearing aids. We each had one bad speaker. We were charged $180.per speaker (2) and on top of that we were charged $130 office visit. They didn't come to our home, we went to their location and it took her all of 10 minutes to fix them.Most of the time we were there, we were waiting to be waited on.In checking with other like businesses, they charge $100 per speaker and no office visit charge. We feel we were excessively overcharged. In speaking with them about it,we got no where. This happened on July 14 and we have heard nothing more from them.Review from Carol R

McDonald Audiology is a very professional and helpful business for hearing loss. Whenever I need assistance with my hearing aids, ***** and *** have always been able to help. They offer professional advice and have kept my hearing devices at optimal performance. They understand my needs and make me feel confident I'm getting the best option for my hearing.
