      We purchased home in 2020 and it was discovered during the inspection that there were critter issues. ****** from SWAT did the initial work and came back in the spring because he needed to complete the work by closing off the entry points. We were given a warranty and have made several attempts to have ****** come back due to pest activity in the attic. When he finally responded he told my husband of some personal issues going on with his children. Months have passed and after sending more texts, calling and filling out a contact form on his website, he still has not come out to address the issue.
