Well ordering from another state can be stressful however not from ***********. When I seen him online and called he told me to please look him up and check the bbb . Since their are so may scams I did so . Outstanding reviews. As i proceed with my order and ordered the transmission from him my mechanic said that it wasn't a transmission that I need .I was stress because I assumed it wouldn't be so simple. *********** is a truly a good person and business owner. They are hard to find. He made it simple and walked me through the steps anything *********** does he always walks you through every step to make it easy on yourself . I appreciate that very much . If anybody is looking to buy from him he a man of integrity.

This is the second engine that I purchased from this company. Their customer service is second to none. I was very hesitant about ordering online, thinking this could be a scam but I really needed a transmission. I did a chat with *********** and he found me a transmission right away. He walked me through the whole process. Had the transmission shipped directly to my mechanics shop. He even recommended the mechanic and this mechanic turned out to be fantastic!! I highly recommend preferred auto parts! Transmission arrived in great shape and works beautifully! Ask for ***********! Hes wonderfulPrefer Auto Parts

*********** was amazing! Recently purchased an engine for my 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora and it arrived ahead of schedule and works great. They made sure all my questions were answered and provided me with detailed information about the engine before moving forward. After confirming the details, I was promptly contacted by *****, who efficiently sent me the order form via email. *** from the billing team then stepped in to guide me through the payment process. I really appreciated that they used DocuSign for secure document handling and that I could make the payment myself without needing to share my payment details directly--definitely a huge plus in today's world! Throughout the process, I was kept in the loop with daily updates on my order, including tracking information that was both emailed and texted to me. True to their word, my order arrived on the 6th business day, well within the promised timeframe.
