    We paid Chips $830 (plus an additional $230 to ship parts) for rotary engine plate renitriding and lapping for a ****** Parts were confirmed received in May 2023 by Chips. We were quoted 4-6 weeks to be completed. Every attempt to contact Chips Motorsports (phone, email, certified letter containing all supporting documents, ********* Instagram) has been ignored. We even called a nearby business and they confirmed that Chips was still in operation. Its November and we still dont have the parts or any communication as to when the work will be done. We have monthly recurring fees were paying out of pocket for each month that goes by that the car isnt fixed. Meanwhile, the ***** sits in a garage, torn apart. Another car had to be borrowed while waiting for the parts in order to complete the work on the ****** Were going on over 6 months. We need to give the borrowed car back. We cannot afford to rent a car. We either need the work to be completed or have the parts returned along with payment and shipping costs reimbursed.
