2025 will be our 17th year as an extremely happy client of Package from Santa. Our brother with a learning disability still believes and one of the highlights of the Christmas season is receiving his letter and other collectibles from The North Pole. Five of those years we were at a different address during Christmas- resorts, other family members, etc. Each time the delivery was properly addressed and promptly received. And, take it from someone who’s never early, early in ordering anything (!), with postal delays today you definitely should observe the order deadline, assuring that your package will arrive before Christmas Day. Any slight delay was never the fault of their company. After a couple of years selecting one of their themed Santa letters, I discovered you could edit, adding Santa’s congratulations for our brother’s significant accomplishments, from his work to winning two Special Olympic Gold medals! My overall rating of the company is 10 on a scale of 10. The quality and authenticity of each letter and product is 10 on scale of 10. I do not know anyone there personally, I’m just being bluntly honest. I’ve looked into other companies offering a similar service. Package from Santa’s model is unique, one of a kind, unmatched, bringing joy to households all across America. December 2024 I experienced a technical block while ordering because I am not a tech guy! When the “Elves” received the message for “help from longtime customer” I was astonished to receive a phone call from the co-owner ****. I was the only person in her universe at that time. She phoned again the next day to assure me everything was in order. We have recommended Package from Santa to numerous friends and colleagues. I ordered once previously from them and had no issues. Decided to give it another try a few years later and it did not end well. They didnt print my item correctly though the preview showed everything correct. Then **** took the package all over with two stops in my state and yet didnt deliver. Still several states away as I write this. I gave up and just printed something off of Etsy at ************ as I could not give one child something different then the other. It would ruin the Santa magic we have carefully cultivated. Our 11 year old still believes! I will say the company was responsive, expedited shipping for the reprint and gave me a refund at the end when the item didnt arrive. However, this all could have been avoided had my order been printed correctly in the first place. Being stressed out for a Santa letter 2 days before it was suppose to be given to the kids was not something any parent wants or needs especially at no fault of their own when it was ordered with plenty of time. Really disappointed because I took hours looking for the right letter I wanted the kids to have and liked the details this company offered. Though they handled the situation, I wouldnt trust them with any future orders. The issue should have been caught immediately when the item didnt print with an image before it was even mailed out. We have been a Package from Santa customer for many years. when we had gone through all the videos and no new ones to be had, like everything else during the covid years, we opted for a new supplier, while they were good, we decided to try PFS again. As the kids were getting older, we chose to go with a letter only approach and it worked out fine. This year the order was placed, and I only received a 25% discount on one letter, contacting PFS they immediately fixed the problem, and we received the second discount via a refund. One letter promptly was received and our daughter held onto it awaiting the second letter. She called me and asked if I purchased two letters which I did. I emailed *** and they got the elves working on the case. Within 2 days the letter arrived. **** must have been running slow, but PFS elves were on the case. No harm no foul.PackageFromSanta.com

I absolutely ?? love the company *** used the service in the past and Im sorry if someone has a bad experience its your!!!! Fault not the company, these people have been in business for a long time and they are wonderful, Im a divorced mother of two beautiful boys and the kind of support Ive received from ***************** and My childrens school it was a wonderful thing because you know I didnt wanna send the letter to dads house or moms house so I sent it to the school because they were beginning to lose Christmas spirit and I brought that Christmas spirit back with the help of a president of the company answering phones working hard and for anyone to say anything negative is just disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves if youre not happy go somewhere else because I will continue to support this company for my kids, kids kids and generation the generation come God willing thank you **************** for all you do keep going and dont listen to what these negative people have to say cause theyre just unhappy with themselvesPackageFromSanta.com

I chose this company after reading many good reviews on their website. My experience however was very disappointing. Ordered mine early but the order was not fulfilled for almost 2 weeks. They only noticed the issue when I emailed them, and they then started sending generic emails that they will ship it and process my order as usual. Zero effort to prioritize the order to compensate for the time lost. Given this expensive service, I would expect much more! And a strange thing is that I could not find a place to review them, except here and self-declared statistics on their website. Looks sketchy and I Will never use them again.PackageFromSanta.com
