We're very pleased with the work done by Bird Construction in repairing our deck. The owner and the crew were very professional and thorough. The process from beginning to end as well as the finished product exceeded our expectations. The quote and contract including the scope of work, drawings, project timeline, ******************* payment schedule, warranties were well documented; and the communications were open, transparent, timely and responsive in answering all of our questions throughout the project. The pricing was very competitive as compared several other quotes we received and the workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend Bird Construction.

***** **** and his crew of ****** and *** were an absolute pleasure to work with on our deck project. Do you like attention to detail? Do you like professional design and details given to you by email and on paper for your project to review? Do like a contractor that is in contact with you for each and every step of your project that is either on site or only a phone call or text away? Then Bird Construction is a company you will want to have work on your deck project. We highly recommend that you at least get a quote from them. I had Bird Construction replace my deck. I can't say enough of the professionalism of this company. I chose this company on the reviews posted on this site and I can add another 5 star review. I live in a condo with a ****************** and with the owners knowledge all requirements were met. The crew was extremely polite and thorough. I was pleased with the design of the privacy fence also. I love my beautiful new deck. I highly recommend this company.Bird Construction, LLC

Great owner and crew. Timely, efficient, communicated well, didn't get bogged down (delayed) in the middle of the job. ******************* is friendly and easy to work with. They reconstructed our deck and persevered thru some challenges with permits and more with early spring weather. We are VERY happy with the way our deck looks!! :-)Bird Construction, LLC

Outstanding service by Bird Construction. Im very particular and picky on details on construction. ***** was fantastic with keeping me updated every step of the project. From when the lumber was going to be delivered and placed to the final inspection. If any issues came up we discussed all the options so I was satisfied and understood everything. His crew was awesome. Very friendly and hard working. Overall I have very high standards for people to meet and I will say that he met them all. So I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for a project that you want done with outstanding craftsmanship and great customer service provided by the team at **********************!Bird Construction, LLC

Bird Construction installed railings on our new brick paver patio/deck. There were a couple of challenges that they worked through easily and the railings look fantastic. You can see that a lot of thought went into the installation as the spindles are evenly spaced on both sides. This may not sound like much on this review but if you saw it you would understand that this took thought and work to get it right. If it had not been evenly balanced it still would have been "right" but not looked quite so beautiful. I appreciate the work that they did and will be having them back to do more work for us.Bird Construction, LLC

I had an old deck removed and a new one installed with Bird Construction. They were extremely professional and kept me updated every step of the way. My new deck is beautiful and they went above and beyond with finishing touches. I highly recommend them.Bird Construction, LLC

Working with Bird Construction was easy and the work they did was top notch. *** deck which they built is well anchored, level, and looks great. At every point of the process ***** was in contact with us with progress updates and information pertinent to the project. Workers were respectful of the property and left no trace of having been in our yard. *** workers were especially sweet keeping their noise to a minimum until 11 am. We are on a second shift schedule. We have numerous projects that we are looking at over the next couple of years. We will be using Bird Construction based upon their excellent work and attention to detail.Bird Construction, LLC
