    I recently started coming here to Waterford Animal Clinic. Both myself and my dog love it here. Since I've been coming the Dr. and staff are very concerned about both my dogs well being and my concerns. **** loves coming here.

    The cost structure at this facility appears to be disproportionately high for ***********, with charges of $180 for bloodwork, $140 for an x-ray, a puzzling $40 office visit fee, and a $65 fee for a cat e**** In contrast, my regular veterinarian in **************** on ******** does not impose an office visit fee and maintains significantly more reasonable prices, often around half of what this establishment charges, if not less.Unfortunately, our decision to patronize this facility was motivated by its weekend availability, leaving us little alternative. Regrettably, a substantial sum of $600 was expended only to ascertain that our cat was suffering from constipation. While we accept the diagnosis, the subsequent e**** procedure yielded minimal to no results, leaving us puzzled by its efficacy. Our concerns were magnified by the fact that we were asked to wait in our car during the procedure, precluding us from understanding its exact nature.Upon contacting the office to express our dissatisfaction, the response we received was both disheartening and unhelpful. The representative declined to address the issue without an additional payment of $65, and her assertion that "it's not our fault that your cat got backed up" lacked the compassion we anticipated. We did not insinuate that blame lay with them; rather, we merely sought a resolution to the ineffective enema, which seemingly went unacknowledged. Their failure to adequately perform their responsibilities compounded when they dismissed our concerns without recourse.My efforts to discuss the matter with the doctor were met with resistance. Despite requesting to speak with him directly, this request was denied, and I was informed that my message would be relayed. Sadly, the doctor did not respond, which raises questions about the facility's commitment to resolving concerns.
