    I have been trying to get a purchase agreement since 12/6/2024. All I get is the run around. No answer, no text, no calls. Serious issue with the company.

    BUYER BEWARE BAIT & SWITCH!!! called to inquire about one of their vehicles and was told that it was available by ********. I told ******** that I would have a friend come from a different city to pick me up and take me to buy the car. My friend lives 40 minutes from my location. I paid her $50 for the ride. I also told ******** to email me all the information on the vehicle so I could have my insurance company insure it before I get there so we wouldnt have to do that step once I purchased the vehicle. She gave me the information. I called my insurance company and they insured the vehicle and emailed the insurance information to the email address she provided. I then texted ******** and let her know that we were leaving out but may be a few minutes late from the time I said we would be there. She said no worries she will let the salesperson know.About an hour into our drive on our way to the dealership. I get a text stating the vehicle had been SOLD! But that I should still come because they have another vehicle just like the one I wanted. Hi *******, my apologies the 2017 ****** Rogue Sport SV got sold. But we do have an another one same make and model that we will show you.I explained to them that I already insured the vehicle that they SOLD. And I felt that was very bad business practices.They assured me that they had plenty of comparable vehicles. I really do apologize. Rest assured that we do have dozens of comparable vehicles that you can choose from.When I get to the dealership there are not any comparable vehicles. They then tried to sell me several more expensive vehicles. I complained to them about them wasting my time and my money for having to pay for a ride to their dealership. And that they should repay the $50 I had to pay to get a ride there. Their reply was they told me it was not available before I got there. And that they will not give me my $50 back that I had to pay out for the ride.
