    They consistently spam you and try to get you into subscription services without consent of the user, it's frankly one of the most obnoxious marketing companies I've ever encountered.

    This review is solely based on the lack of customer service and does not reflect my opinion of the products offered by TrulyFree. I have had ongoing issues with my account for months now. It takes DAYS for someone to reply to my inquires and when they do, they reply with "your account has been reset". Every time my account is "reset" my subscription gets deleted and then I have to reach back out about that. It's a constant battle with the customer service team and I wish they had a better solution or system for when this happens. I have been considering cancelling my membership altogether and trying to find a different non-toxic product just so I don't have to deal with the headache.

    Love that everything, from my laundry.....including extreme stain removal, using the enzyme stain remover, to the brightening from the Oxyboost and of course, the laundry wash gives me clean......clean without chemical clean...clothing and household fabrics. Love using the dryer angels, when I don't hang out to dry, so that the clothes dry faster and "fluffier".Love that when my dishes come out clean in the dishwasher, and the steam rolls out that I don't have to cringe at the chemically smell. ( I did use the dishwasher Cleaner.... Made a difference!) I have not tried all products, but am blessed with good health and attribute some of ongoing health to using non-toxic products for everyday life. Thank you, Truly Free Home.

    I was looking for a clean option for my cleaning products and TrulyFree was my answer! I love the products. Yes, they are on the pricy side but I am very happy with the results. They last long. I had a problem with my second order, reached out to them and received an answer in 1 day!

    Current customer and re-ordered detergent and subscribed for the 6 month intervals. We have a second home on **** and asked customer service if they could extend out further since we would not be their until 6 months later? They were happy to moved the delivery out 6 more months without hesitation. Very satisfied with their product and more so with their Cus Serv. Thank you so much.**********

    I want out! Terrible customer service! Ive had trouble with this company for the last few years. I spent hours trying to contact them through email, phone and web. Ive had nothing but run around sand lack of satisfaction. Their contact info is terrible, their website doesnt allow one to get into it no matter how many attempts are made- changing password etc. Even after a phone call- they never resolved with the correct items - not once! Ive been paying for items I never even use and dont have those I would use. I havent been able to get through to unsubscribe. Ive waisted countless dollars and precious minutes.I want out of this garbage- NOW!!

We take pride in responding to emails and voicemails within 24-48 hours. I had a chance to look into your correspondence history and was able to find the last email I personally served you on in 12/2021. In this email I reset your password. I apologize for any miscommunication. I see that you have been a valued customer for quite sometime , receiving a subscription order set to every 90 days since 6/30/2022. In regard to your last recorded call on 11/29/2022 it looks like Susan was able to address your leaking product and send out replacements. I am so sorry if you felt that your issues were unresolved. I have gone ahead and refunded you for your last order from 9/23 in good faith and canceled the subscription moving forward.     Had 2 orders shipped in 2 months and wanted to change a few products for my third order. Something happened on their end and it wiped my full order out. I have called them twice and sent 4 emails just asking for someone to reach back out to me so I could resume my ordering. All I got each time was an auto reply indicating they would get back to me within 72 to 96 hours. Its been over 3 weeks and I have received nothing but the daily email ads from them trying to sell me something. They are trying to push product with zero concern for the customers buying it. I have now cut ties and WILL find another safe nontoxic product. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.

    I have tried numerous times by email and calling them to try to update my subscription. They keep emailing me back that someone will get back to me and I keep emailing them not to send out my order until I speak with someone. And they keep sending me an email saying someone will get a hold of me. After three weeks of this no one has and it turns out they shipped my order. I also wanted to update my shipping address and they are sending it out already without my permission and its going to the wrong address. They are extremely unreliable and I am canceling my subscription and hopefully I will be able to do this since they make it so difficult to do anything

    I certainly understand your frustration and I am happy to help. We have experienced a large influx of calls and emails over the past few months that have caused longer wait times for our customers. I want to sincerely apologize for this and let you know that we are doing everything in our power to make sure that this no longer happens in the future. Our customers mean the world to us and we strive to give amazing service. 

    I see that you sent a few emails to our customer support team. Your first email was sent on 3/27. Since there were multiple emails, our support agent combined them all into one and emailed you back on 3/29.  She was asking you to confirm your order so that she could get it set up correctly for you. We have not gotten a reply from you as of today. I also see that another one of our agents emailed you concerning the email you sent on 4/2 concerning the wrong address. She was letting you know that you have been refunded for the order. I will have a support agent reach out to you via phone so that we can make sure that this all straightened out. 

    If there is anything at all that we can do to make this better for you please let us know.

    I joined truly free about 6-8 months ago and I am about to receive my third order. Although I find the products a bit pricey, I havent been disappointed yet. The scents are wonderful unlike the usual lavender all natural scented products you get over the counter. I have yet to find a better smelling product that is clean and non toxic. The products clean well. I currently use the laundry soap, fabric softener, aloe hand soap, stain stick (works great), room refresher (smells amazing), dishwasher detergent and dryer ***** which is awesome and lasts much longer than it states. The stainless steel cleaner doesnt work as well. That I would not buy again. With that said, I would recommend if you can afford it. I love that all products are recyclable! That was one of my biggest drivers to purchase from Truly Free. I love what this company stands for. I love that its made in *** therefore willing to spend a little more. You cant expect clean non toxic products made in the USA at offshore pricing. They have WONDERFUL customer service. I have spoken to them on multiple occasions and they are so kind and helpful. I had an issue where something was missing and resent it right away. They do put the customer first therefore Im a bit surprised at some of the other reviews. When I signed up it was very clear I joined a membership which is able to be cancelled at any time. You can also postponed an order if you do not need it. So far very pleased and would recommend Truly Free to friends and family.

    Made one order to try out truly frees detergent which I was happy with. Never did I think that I was locked in to a membership and now received an email stating that I can build my box for my next order. What! I was never aware that I was a member. I never even created a login account. Called, sent emails even texted as stated on their website. Got a text back saying this is a landline reply Y to TXT blah blah blah for .25 ugh!Calling truly free ever half an hour. No one picks up the phone. Are they working? Would never do business with such a shady outfit!
