Unreasonable behavior by **************. (Cedar Creek shared ownership)Date of appointments: 6-15-23 $277.74, 6-29-23 $184.02, 6-21-12 ***** - Diagnosed by ******************************* Complaint regarding my phone call to Service Desk at Cedar Creek, July 17-2023. My cockatiel was to have a wellness exam in August. I requested a return call to address the possibility of crediting the negative culture exam. I also requested a copy of the culture exam be mailed to me. The service desk agreed to send me this information. He did not. ************** called by at 4:45 p.m. regarding the call. He had no information as to whether he would help me or not. Instead, he was an obnoxious jerk. He kept repeating my bird may be sick (after a negative culture exam 1 week earlier). He is part owner and I expressed his inability to give me a price for the upcoming wellness . So, repeatedly, he said my bird could be sick. Wellness exams are given once a year. The total need was to charge me full price for a wellness exam which could have been revised. . Yes, I was upset. He is nothing but a money maker. He could care less about me or my bird. After his inability to answer my question, there was a heated argument. He then said he would not board my bird and this is no place for me. Obviously, I agree. I would never go to Cedar Creek Veterinary Clinic again.. I sent a letter to ***************************** at Cedar Creek (owner) to let him know what happened. The following week, I received a letter from them explaining they would not see me again. Meanwhile, I never received a copy of the culture exam I paid for. I would like this sent to me. I paid for it.. My complaint, today, is Cedar Creek Veterinary Clinic is overpaid and totally rude to me, the customer. ************** was unprepared to even call me. This was supposed to be a slight bacterial infection. Anyone using Cedar Creek is going to find out what they want--money, money, and more money.
