    I've done business with My ********** and won't ever again. Their customer service is horrendous. It took them close to a month to fill my order. I placed the order on April 9th & received it on May 5th. I tried reaching them via phone, ************* website message board to find the cause of the delay, with no response and then finally received an email response stating that a dress was missing (that was it....a dress was missing) but it didn't explain why the other items weren't shipped. Finally, after 3 weeks, I I sent them a message on their website requesting a cancellation of my order (stating I should have gone through Amazon) and they sent me an email response stating the order was "fulfilled" - whatever that meant. I began wondering if My Brittanys was located in the U.S. or was it just using a U.S. shipping address & an online ****** phone number to do business in the U.S. So now, almost a month later, I finally received the items but 3 items didn't fit & I needed to return them. I dreaded this after all my dealings with them. I requested a return on their website & surprisingly I got an email confirmation of the return the next day with a link to their website which didn't give a return authorization or where to ship them - but the 3 items were now deleted from my original order. I called & left a message on their ****** phone number asking for a return authorization, complaining about how they do business, & asked if they were located in the U.S. Shortly afterwards I received a phone call with lots of static from an irate woman who didn't identify herself. She asked me to confirm the return address on the shipping envelope & said she would send me a shipping label. When I questioned why all the delays in response & why they use a ****** Internet phone number she got very **** & abrupt, telling me that they let ****** answer their phone calls cause theyre busy, & then told me they never had problems with anyone before & hung up on me.
