    I got a month of planet fitness then couldn't get my little brother in cause they needed our father who we dont associate with I told them to cancel it and left never even used their facility just got charged again by them keep trying to talk to a manager to get my money back cause I did not use their services and asked for them to be canceled before hand they keep saying my manager will call but they dont its thanksgiving and they just overdrafted my account 25 plus the overdraft fee I'm out almost ************************************************ off I dont have money like that ********************************************** back the most they will give is the 25 they took they just put a huge damper on my ability to do thanksgiving for my family causing a great deal of stress and depression for me

    When we joined Planet Fitness in ********* ******** we told the employees that we would be moving in 3 months and were told that we could transfer our membership to the new area in 3 months. We confirmed this multiple times before joining. We paid the membership in full, but werent told that we couldnt transfer then!!!!!!! They continued to confirm that we could transfer in 3 months!! Why would we pay $400 to use a membership for 3 months and move!!!!!! We expected to be able to transfer the membership!!!!! This is corrupt and extremely dishonest!!!!! My husband called to transfer the membership and was told, because we paid in full that we couldnt transfer. He told the employee on the phone that when we signed up we specifically asked and they said we could!! This person stated that she didnt know who told us that, but they were wrong and there is nothing they can do. They need to honor what they told us when we signed up!!
