Wildfires across the Los Angeles area are expected to become the costliest such disaster in U.S. history. As victims cope with the aftermath, it is crucial to stay vigilant against opportunistic scammers. In addition, those wishing to help by donating money or supplies should carefully research organizations before contributing. BBB offers guidance to protect both victims and donors. They covered up cracks and scrachs which were revealed the first time I washed it. The in car filter system is missing. And they refused to fix it saying it was bought as is. Even though they gave me a 90 day waranty. They are total crooks.

How is this place even in business? They are completely running a fraudulent used car lot. My husband went in to get a family car good on gas and within a reasonable amount that we would get approved for. *** showed us the 2 cheapest cars a Focus and ****, but wouldnt give us the price and quickly mentioned that he wouldnt want us in the Focus and geared us towards the ****. My husband test drove the **** and said he wanted it. *** spoke w finance, Im assuming, and said that he couldnt sell us the car bc it was damaged than went back to the Focus even though he originally said he wouldnt put us in that car. Now he was saying the Focus was great and the Trans issue was ALL under warranty. Once he said all that was covered, we asked for the price. They came back with a ridiculous anount of 12k but said they would fix the wheel barring since it was shaking. *** acted like he was doing us a favor for staying past closed but in actuality he was gaslighting us into buying a lemon. It has been in and out of the shop 5 months after we bought it bc although the trans is under warranty, **** doesnt not have any TCM chips and wont for a few years, according to a **** Dealership. They put a new Trans in but tried a few refurbished chips and havent worked. Its still in the shop and Credit Acceptance doesnt care that they financed us a car that is no longer running and *** doesnt give a c*** saying he cant do anything to contact Credit Accept. We have 3 children under 3 and you think that is stressful but no now Im dealing with this drama when it could have all been avoided if we didnt have this terrible business selling cars they know are faulty. I admit I should have done my homework and not put my trust in a used car salesman but I let my guard down bc Im preoccupied raising 3 babies. Im out 10k, messed my credit up and have to deal w this drama when i should be enjoying the ride w my fam. I know Im not the only on this has happened too. Please stop this!

As with what ******* T said, I came in for my cheap speaker. I was greeted quickly and even looked at a car. Long story short, three days at looking at a *** the price was never actually shown to me. Different financing option kept changing what look to be the price. I did say I never saw a price. Four sale people and one loan officer later the financing we agree upon was again changed added $10,000 to the price financed. Did I tell you that one sales person smacked down the paperwork when I refused to sign something without see the contract. Also was assured that that would not pull a hard hit on credit until said contract. They lied. I wanted the *** and have dealt with VERY high pressure sales tactics before so I sat with the loan officer. **** person took my debit card because I refuse to write a check before seeing a contract. I asked for card back (3 separate times) while talking to loan officer and never received it. I asked for a contract to see his latest creative financing and again he flipped over paper to write more. I have excellent credit and do not need a car. At that point I told him I needed my card or I will call the police. That is what it took to get away from the crooks at this store. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU EVER STEP FOOT ONTO ONE THE ***** LOTS!!!

Classic lottery marketing scam. I read enough about this type of marketing before I visited the location so I anticipated what was likely going to happen. I preface with that so I don't just sound like someone who is salty they didn't win a TV, leaving a bad review to vent about my experience. The point here is that this is a shameful and deceptive marketing strategy, and is likely a reflection of the business's values and culture overall. Deceptive lottery ticket suggesting you've won a large ticket item to draw in customers to the location. Associates of the business danced around the truth when I called and asked about whether or not I had actually won. "We will honor the lottery card" they told me. While the lottery ticket may suggest you've won a 60in TV, all of the imagery and text explaining that you've won a 60in TV is a deceptive tactic to draw you into the business. From there you're coerced into sharing personal information on a survey and probed about your current vehicle in an attempt to sell you a used car. I was advised at the dealership that if I didn't win the prize on my ticket (a 60in TV), I'd still walk away with a bluetooth speaker valued at $35. That was also a lie. If someone at this dealership paid $35 for that bluetooth speaker, they also need to file a complaint with that speaker company. My guess is they paid $35 and received a bulk order of these little Happy Meal toys. Shameful, deceptive marketing tactics and sales techniques. It is my opinion that whoever thought this was a positive way to reach out to the community and generate leads does not value or respect their potential customers, as their first interaction is deceiving and disappointing them.
