    In 2019 I had Sunshine Systems attach a Carport to my 2019 mobile home. Said carport has failed since very first year. There is not a warranty on it but they wont repair it. They made a shoddy attempt the 1st year but it only stayed fixed for a short while.

    This claim is very inaccurate. We are a wholesale manufacturer not a dealer. ************************** was sold by *************** homes and installed by them as well. We have gone out of our way for ***************** to reach out to *************** Homes regarding her complaints. Sunshine Systems has never directly dealt with ***************** it was only are product supplied to *************** Homes. It is very unfortunate for ****************** to aim and blame her frustrations toward Sunshine Systems when we have worked on her behalf to resolve issue with *************** Homes when Sunshine Systems was never involved with said issue on good faith and character. This claim is utterly and completely false and should be handled in such manner involving Sunshine Systems BBB rating.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    Yesterday I registered a complaint against Sunshine Systems and ******************** Services. Today I received a phone call from Accurate promising they would do the repair on my carport this spring. So I promised I would remind my complaint against both companies. Sad that I had to take such a drastic step to get their attention. Hoping they follow thru. Thanks for the help.
