I placed an online order to GOTA on June 29, 2023 for the amount of $87.81 USD, order # *****. The package was received on August 1. The items purchased did not fit. I immediately emailed GOTA for a return shipping label. After waiting one week, I did not receive any response or email with the return information, so I tried to email again. Again no response. I took pictures of the email I sent to them. To keep in line with their return policy of 30 days, I returned the package with all documentation to the return label on the original package. I paid *********** for extra insurance on the parcel and a tracking number of ****************. The tracking number said it was delivered on August 15 which was well within the 30 return policy. On August 22, 2023 I still did not receive a refund. So I emailed them again. Finally I got a response but only to say they did not receive the package. I asked to speak with their manager, which I was never given that information. *********** said that often a third party company will pick up the package then send it on. Because the package was delivered and picked up, *********** does not honor the insurance on the parcel. Also frustrating. After many frustrating exchanges with GOTA I threatened to go public with their poor business practices. So here I am out the parcel cost, out the contents of the parcel, and also out the cost of the return shipping. DO NOT DO any business with ****.Initial Complaint

Placed two separate orders a week ago and paid for rush shipping on both. They were gifts and I was having them sent to other people (different shipping addresses). I received emails telling me the billing and shipping addresses were different and asking if they could ship to my billing address. Replied explaining they were gifts and asking them to leave the shipping addresses as I indicated. Having previously ordered from them more than once and also previously having used their expedited shipping, I knew that orders typically ship within 2 days. Never heard back from them. Never received the shipping confirmation. I emailed to inquire - would have called but cannot find a number for them. Have emailed daily since then to inquire as I need to make other arrangements and would like a refund if they are not shipping. Have not received a reply, no merchandise or tracking info. I understand delays and mistakes can sometimes happen, however, communication and customer service is everything. I would normally give them a few more days or at least another week to rectify the problem but their refund policy stipulates 7 days, and I would like this rectified since the orders are time sensitive. Due to the many unanswered attempts to contact them, if I do not receive my items promptly and the communication to confirm shipment of both orders, I will be taking additional appropriate action. If I receive the merchandise within the next couple of days I will withdraw my complaint and update my comments. I ordered 2 bags from GOTA bags at https://gota.store because the bags on the site look really clean. The order said you would receive the bags in 2 days. I never heard anything back from them but I never received the bags. I then began calling and the number did not work so I began messaging them on the website and I also emailed them and I still heard nothing. I need my bags or issue me a refund. I placed order # ***** with Gota Store and my order was received on June 6th. The website states they offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I did not like the quality of the bag and emailed on June 7th stating I'd like to return the bag and requested the process and or a return address.I have received no response. I emailed June 7th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, and 20th, and the last email was sent June 21st, stating I was going to file a BBB complaint if I did not hear from them, still no response. I've ordered bags from them previously and I've had no issues. Their quality and customer service are disheartening. I returned the bag back on 6/27 Tracking # **** 5105 7751 2178 7301 76.
