    I have purchased 2 holsters from Pyntek for different guns. Both have preformed great. After 2 1/2 years, 2 screws fell out. I contacted him and he mailed me a full set no charge. Great customer service! *****

    I ordered my Holster on 8/6. I called the company and **** answered the phone. He told me he was working on my Holster and I should receive a tracking number within a day. As busy as he is , he took the time to answer my call and promise me a tracking #. I am highly satisfied with this company. This is my second holder and I am so pleased with the holster that I had to order again.

    I made my purchase in 7/29/23. I have received no response on my order. I contacted the company 3 weeks into my order about my status. I never received a reply. I sent another email about my order 2 days prior to the 4th week and have yet to receive a reply. I even called the business phone number and there was no answer. I requested a refund via email, again there was no reply.I will never recommend anyone do business with this company. I believe I must contact my credit card company to file a dispute. I just want my refund and will never purchase anything from this company going forward.

    I received *****'s email after he claimed to have emailed me prior. I did find his first email in my spam folder and then sent a follow up email to his aggressive email that I attached below.

    "Its been 6 days, since I emailed you about the status of my order and have yet received a response from you. When I originally purchased the case on 7/29, it indicated there will be a 3 week wait. In 2 days it will be 4 weeks and I have yet to receive any update on my order.

    At this point, I am requesting a refund asap. I am no longer willing to wait for this item. I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute. I will also contact the BBB to file a complaint on your business. I do not want to go this route, so please resolve this issue ASAP.

    I expect a reply email with a response." 

    Then I replied with my response, which I also attached below and instantly refunded.

    I apologize that you didnt get a response. I did find your original email in my spam folder, so thats the reason you didnt get a response. Im a custom holster builder and build high quality products and my lead-time is an estimated time-frame, currently Im working between 3-4 weeks. Your order was going to be completed tomorrow by the way!

     I dont respond or tolerate to meaningless threats that have no impact on my hobby/small business " I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute. I will also contact the BBB to file a complaint on your business  I apologize you feel that way, and your refund has been sent *****
