Why did they tell me that my car was an all wheel drive and they couldn't sale me 2 tires that I had to purchase 4 tires i couldn't purchase just 2 because it was all wheel drive come to find out its not a all wheel its a front wheel which I had already purchased 2 tires from another company and all the time my car is a front wheel drive and so I think they tricked me into purchasing tires that I didn't need and also I had to get them on contract because I couldn't afford the tires right out I think because I'm a woman that they swindled me and forced me to pay $2500 which is double the costInitial Complaint

12-1-23 I had an appointment at 10:30am. Upon arrival I was told that I would have to wait for 45 minutes to get tires rotated on my car. Waited for an hour until 11:30am. Tire rotation and balancing was not done when I inspected my car at 12:30pm. Nothing had been done. I had other obligations and business to get done and could not be there any longer. So I took my car and left.Initial Complaint

I have an account, an unauthorized payment was taken. They knew it was taken but did not contact me until I had a payment due and then they just acted like it was no big deal. she just said she is not sure why but they do apologize. My bank account had over draft fees due to the unauthorized payment and they are doing nothing to fix that. I have screen shots where they totally ignore me when I bring that issue up but looking for payment and are threatening me saying it was in contract but they broke contract first by taking unauthorized payment. They are scamming people, they think they can just do whatever they want and then fall back on contract.Initial Complaint

Purchased a set of rims, put a down payment on them when i got them. they told me ****$ out the door which isnt bad for what they are. i was completely fine paying that, to date i have paid over 3,900$ and according to them still have 600$ left, how did the price go from **** to ****? i was told "because you went past the 4 months same as cash" and that there was nothing they could do. Not only do they not Openly express that if you go past the 4 months the price literally doubles. they continue to s**** over customers and veterans like myself. i work for a local tow company and i used to send customers their way all the time, i will NOT send a single customer back there and i would also never reccommend them to anyone. i would like the original balance to be sufficient and be reimbursed for the other 1,800$ i have been paying.
