I purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider and I have a 2 year warranty. My car has been in there shop 5-6 times in a year. I'm having the same issues since I bought it to this day. I found out that when my check engine light came on the service manager cleared the code and never told me what was wrong with it. Now that the codes were cleared out I have 12 codes that come up during a inspection. I have all receipts and some I don't because the dealership never gave them to me. I have all documentation clearly stating all the issues. I need help from someone to get my vehicle fixed because I have tried to work with this dealership and have had no luck. At this time I want a replacement vehicle because this vehicle should of never been sold or driven off the lot! I uploaded 2 documents but I have more.Initial Complaint

In the case of *******************, Complaint Number: ********, we have investigated this matter with the full cooperation of the franchise-owned Byrider. ************** has expressed her dissatisfaction with some mechanical issues she has experienced with the vehicle.
Mr. ****************** and ******************* purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Impala on June 1, 2022 from the franchise-owned Byrider on ***********************************************, ********. The vehicle is covered by a 24-month, ****** mile warranty, whichever occurs first.
The franchise-owned Byrider has honored the warranty and acted in good faith to address Ms. ****** concerns in a timely manner. Ms. ****** vehicle was first brought into service in July 2022 with concerns regarding the brakes. Even though the cost of these repairs were not eligible for coverage under the warranty, in a gesture of goodwill, the franchise-owned Byrider covered the cost of those repairs. The vehicle was repaired and returned to ************** on July 25, 2022.
Ms. ****** vehicle was brought back into service towards the end of September 2022. It was determined that the vehicle required a transmission replacement. The repairs were completed and covered under the warranty, totalling roughly $2,791.66, and the vehicle was returned to ************** on October 6, 2022.
Ms. ****** vehicle was inspected and reconditioned prior to being placed on the sales lot in accordance with the franchise-owned Byriders procedures, addressing all mechanical issues present at the time. While it can be frustrating to deal with any service issue, a pre-owned vehicle, like any other mechanical device with moving parts, can have unforeseen issues develop that will require routine maintenance and periodic repairs to ensure its continued use.
The franchise-owned Byrider works to achieve the overall satisfaction of every customer and apologizes for any inconvenience the repairs may have caused ***************
