    They have signs on their door & behind counter for Marlboro Cigarettes buy 2 packs to get $2.50 off but they do not honor it. I have repeating asked them to honor that sale but they refuse to. I have gone in there before for ********* turned out to be Kroger Brand milk. Since new owners took over, they have been buying things from Kroger & putting it on their shelf. Not honoring the sales they have posted.

    I acknowledge what *** has said in her complaint. However, we don't control the cigarrate prices, but the reps does and they put the signs. The multi pack deal that they reflected is inactive as their scandata was not working. As soon as the company scandata system works, we will reward the deal. Secondly, the milk, all c-stores buy milk from larger stores such as kroger, ******** ****** etc..as put it as a convenience item, that's why the store is called as a convenience store.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

    All other gas stations/stores, ALL recognized/accept the deal from the cig company. Since you guys took over the store, all cig deals have stopped but yet the advertisement still up. Why is it just your store that is having this glitch? Anywhere you go, even if your system doesn't automatically do the discount, you can manually do it. You got to honor the prices/deals that you post.
