Birchwood was performing work on our neighbor's property and blew a ton of dirt directly onto our house, yard, and car. I talked to ***** about this and he just said it was the "economical way" of doing things and refused to clean up or discuss any further.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/16/2022

**** had complained about the dust in the air and the wind and our back pack blower had blown the dust over towards his property. **** had also complained about this to his neighbor.

After we had spoken to our customer about this problem, they reached out to **** and offered to have his car washed and windows cleaned. **** told them this was not necessary and not to worry about it.

**** was actually quite rude to our employees and also was rude to our customer....(****'s neighbor.) **** did email me directly and we responded.  I then chose to ignore his emails because I had already spoken with his neighbor who is my customer, and he did not seem like a reasonable person.

The desired resolution is to 'finish the job'....and we aren't really sure how to do that since it was already offered to have his windows and car washed....?

Realistically though, the complaint is quite ridiculous as we were only cleaning up a landscape project which obviously would include dirt and dust. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
