I would highly recommend Mason. He has helped me transfer from QB desktop to QB online. Since then, he has continued to help me with accounting/bookkeeping questions so at the end of the day my books are accurate. He also walks me through creating custom reports and anything else I need that's either QuickBooks or Accounting related.Money Matters Accounting Solutions

Mason consistently looks out for the best interests of his clients’ businesses through ethical and accurate accounting practices. Mason is a fierce defender of his clients. When it comes to calling tech support or customer service of a big business software company, Mason sticks with the call until the question is answered or the issue is resolved. In one phone call, Mason was able to get a response for our company that we had already waited a week for. All indications were that it was going to take another couple of days of waiting before we would get the technical help that we sought, but Mason did not take that for an answer and got the return phone call from the department we needed to hear from while we were on the phone with the first-level tech support. Mason does an excellent job of passing on the savings for accounting software subscriptions. He could choose to retain a bigger cut of the fees, but he does not do that, and he lets his clients know exactly what they need without any extra upselling or fluff.Money Matters Accounting Solutions

Would highly recommend Mason for your bookkeeping issues. My Quick books had stopped working. After some extensive time working on my laptop,he found it to not be working. I needed a new laptop for Quickbooks. He spent some time looking for a laptop for my needs. He bought me a laptop in St Cloud,didn't charge for getting it as he was going to St. Cloud anyway. Got Quickbooks installed. I got the laptop home. Works perfectly. Love it. He even offered for me to call him if I had problems and he'd walk me through getting it to work. Mason went way above and beyond to help us get this problem resolved more than any computer/financial person has ever done. Would definitely recommend him with service like that I will call him next time I have a problem. Very affordable service as well. Again, Thank you Mason!Money Matters Accounting Solutions

Mason was wonderful to work with. Very easy to schedule with and had no issue teaching me what he was doing with my book cleanup as he did it so that I could do a better job at it for the next year. 10/10 would recommend his services.Money Matters Accounting Solutions

Absolutely the best bookkeeper for hire. I am an owner/operator of a Landscape Company, and I hired Mason to help me clean up last year's books in Quickbooks Online for tax time. To date, I have done all my bookkeeping myself, which is not exactly the right way... I went the cheap route initially and got what I paid for. I hired a Virtual Assistant to do a cleanup of my books for last year. They were over budget and 4 weeks past the original estimated completion time when they hit the halfway mark. I needed to get my books cleaned up asap to be ready to file taxes with my accountant. Enter Mason with Money Matters... He undid and corrected everything the original bookkeeper did wrong, corrected all my mistakes, and finished cleaning up ALL my books, in like 2 days! He took the time to be thorough and track EVERY penny until my books were squeaky clean. Perfectly set up, and ready for tax time. Plus, he set it up with all the proper accounts in place to do my books properly moving forward. Mason is an absolute WIZARD in Quickbooks Online, he fully understands the entire flow of transactions and can find a bug in your books in a second, and fix it. If you use QBO there isn't a better bookkeeper. He explained things well along the way and walked me through a lot of things as he went. He took the time to answer all my questions and set things up the way I wanted them, not how "he always does it". He was very good at communicating what he needed from me to make the process go by quicker. I could not possibly be happier with the outcome.
