      We hired All Set Driveway Seal **************************************************** for a new parking lot back in June 06, 2024. The original plan and agreement was for *** ******** to pull all needed permits, plans/blueprints & and perform the job thoroughly. It was stated in the signed agreement/proposal that the work will be done no later than October, due to the interest of the financial of the building owner, we are now in mid November and no work has been done. We have spoken with the city of St. **** zoning, building and planning department regarding this project and they've stated that no application or documents have been submitted to them. We would call him, texted, emailed, left voice messages and even tired to stop by his "office" but they would rarely answer. the few times we were able to get a hold of them, his son would mentioned that they were working on a plan but never provided the information of the architected. This was the same status each time we would get an ''update". After not hearing back from them with an actual update and no permit application submitted to the city, we requested our down payment back in October. They never answered our email or text. The office they listed on the estimate, seems to be a old office or not a real one, according to the ***** police department. This delay and unprofessionalism has caused harm to the building and business owners and our reputation as well.
