              Worked for this company for a year and a half. Only met the boss twice during my employment. When hired and asking hours of work, days etc. Was told it is Monday-Friday start time anywhere between *****pm until finish. Never was talked to, given written warning, etc about my work ethic, attendance etc. Upon showing up to work, a co worker (not supervisor or owner) tells me he was told by the owner to tell me I am let to due to low freight. As I was confused, I reached out to the supervisor, who then advised I reach out to the owner. The owner states I was fired due to leaving after work is finished and putting a burden on *********** I have only left early one time due to family emergency. Before doing so, I communicated this with the supervisor and was told it was ok to go. I have this in writing. I have never left before the job was complete, ever. Trucks have always been loaded, place has always been organized and cleaned before I leave.
