    I had used this company 3 times in the fall and winter with no issues, but then confirmed for the company over spring break. I received a validation email for the upcoming vacation 2 weeks prior, but then no one ever showed up and my account through the app was locked. Terrible way to find out I had no one coming to watch my cat on vacation! I won't return.
