Purchased rancid box of peanuts. 24 pack for Mother's Day to put in party Bowl rather than have loose peanuts which can draw flies and have everybody's hands digging in. This way everybody gets a pack. The entire box was Rancid. Had to send my husband out to buy another box at different store. This was purchased at ******** I paid $24.79. Paid that much twice because had to repurchase at different proprietor. My host the Mother's Day party once a year they like to come to my home which is central for all relatives driving or flying in. I don't eat peanuts. I called customer service phone number on box woman was extremely rude to me phoned back a second time and got the same song and dance by an extremely rude woman who wanted to refund my money for one of the tiny packs inside the box!? Absolutely absurd. When I told her I was going to contact corporate she laughed at me and said go ahead very sarcastic. These are not the customer service Representatives I expect from a company whose products I have bought from for years and years. Please help me get my $24 plus change return to me. I gave this woman the codes off the Box. I do not have the receipt anymore originally she said it didn't matter as long as I read her the codes. I have taken a picture of the Box before I throw it away Thank youBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: my apartment number is 204 not 203. Please correct before you send the check because 204 is not a number the second floor townhomes only go to 203. And I can't depend on the post office to figure it out. Please respond. Thank youInitial Complaint

I have purchased 2x ******* Original BBQ Sauce Seasoned Shredded Pork - 16 oz, from Kroger. The food was so repulsive, we did not take a second bite, and discarded both containers. I reached out to Hormel for a resolution. They offered to take care of my concern, and issued a coupon. I declined the coupon, as we have no intention of purchasing the item ever again. The vinegar component in this food burned our throats. I reached back out to explain that we would not be utilizing the coupon, instead, preferring to have our money refunded. It has been over 2 months with no resolution. They state to have sent a $7 refund for one of the items on 9/26, but it has never arrived. Additionally, they are negligent with the fact that there were two items purchased. We are now looking for a full refund for the atrocious experience we have had, not only with their food, but now with their dissatisfaction resolution practices.Business response

I have contacted the consumer and we will be mailing a refund check for $14. There was an error in our system that caused the check to get backed up.
