I placed a pickup order through the ** mobile app on 2/3/2022 at 4:03 pm. My order number is ****************. After receiving what I believed to be my order through the drive thru, I drove home and upon further inspection discovered the items in the bag were not my order. I live approximately 35 minutes away from the store, so going back to pick up what was my actual order was not an option. I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting ** customer support, however they have offered no resolution and told me they forwarded the issue to the management of that particular location. I still have yet to hear back about any possible resolution and it has been a week since this issue took place. I would like this matter to be resolved, a refund would be satisfactory for the inconvenience and money wasted. Thank you.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Our team did indeed connect with our fan by email on February 4 regarding their visit on February 3. We have followed up again today by email apologizing for
the delay in response and have relayed the fans concerns again to the franchise owner of this restaurant.

On 6/24/2021, we ordered $57.02 of food. Our experience was unacceptable because we waited for 45 minutes and the ice cream we received was melted and soupy and the food we received was lukewarm (chicken strips, fries) or was reheated (the lettuce, ketchup, pickles on the hamburgers were burning hot; Texas toast had been re-toasted and burnt black). I used the DQ website to complain and requested a full refund to my credit card. Instead, I received a mailed note from DQ's GM Brandi K****** with a variety of coupons worth about $40. On 8/6/2021, we went to the DQ and ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and 2 blizzards (we used a coupon from Brandi for the Blizzards). They asked us to park and they would bring our food. When they brought our food, they did not have the blizzards. When I asked, the employee looked confused and said he would check. Several minutes later, he brought 2 soupy blizzards, melted throughout. I would like $57.02 refunded to my card. We don't want to use the coupons.Business response
