      Scheduled delivery (confirmed on afternoon of scheduled delivery) that did not arrive. Then without notice delivery changed to 30 days later. After approximately 3 hours of phone conversations to try and get an answer, as to why, we still dont have an answer. I simply want an answer to that question.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      A very simple solution is being requested and not being addressed.  Let me reiterate the question that I would like Schwans to answer.  Why was the delivery scheduled for January 27th 2022 missed?  I was very specific on my request which was made during separate phone calls.  Trying to get the answer directly from them was impossible.  On two separate phone calls I requested a call back from someone at the corporate headquarters level.  No one ever returned my call!  I strongly reject their claim that they resolved this with me, that is FALSE!  I am still open to speaking with someone in the corporate (?) headquarters level.  My phone is always on and would appreciate having a reasonable conversation about my complaint.  

      I have spent well over two hours on the phone with customer ********************** trying to resolve this issue.  My time is very important to me and I feel as if it has been wasted trying to get one simple answer.

      Schwans needs to do better than their canned response.

      I placed an order for Christmas dinner on December 11th 2021 and was asked to pick a delivery date. I chose December 22, 2021. I received an email on December 22 stating that the product I ordered would not be delivered by that date. I called and requested the order be cancelled. I was told it couldn't be cancelled and no one knew when it would be delivered. They have no email to contact them. I received another email today December 27th which stated they still didn't know when the order would be delivered. I then went to their website and chatted with Aaya C who said well we will try to cancel but I cannot tell you when it will be delivered or if we can cancel the order. I want the order cancelled. As that was to be my Christmas dinner I was forced to shop during the middle of a Covid surge in my area 2 days before Christmas. I want my order cancelled by Schwan's. I will never order from them again so I do not want a credit for next time. I want my order cancelled.

      Made a christmas order for 170 dollars in november confirmed order 3 times prior to sceduled delivery on 23rd of december. Come December 23rd driver cancelled order without any explanation or showing up for delivery ruining my family's christmas. Upon contacting customer service was offered 15 dollars for the inconvenience of not having christmas dinner totally unacceptable as the entire burden is on this company and driver for both confirming multiple times it would be here without a issue.

      Placed order online to be delivered to my residence. When I was placing said order, I was given a range of service dates (and time slots). I made my selection, and placed order. I have had my order "rescheduled"(NOT by me, I want to point out), with not being contacted to be informed. This has now happened twice, with the same order. All I keep getting from this (shady) "business", is that they will deliver my order whenever they feel like it. Unacceptable!

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I feel responding to my complaint 14 months after I made the complaint is unacceptable. If ******* truly wanted to resolve this they would have responded in a timely manner. They did not offer any resolution. They simply reached out to acknowledge that I had a complaint over a year ago.

      I received a knock on my door and a phone call on 9/11/2021 from ********. I did not schedule any service call they just showed up at my door. I went ahead and bought some items that I needed. Once I saw what I bought one of the items was a dog food snack and I do not have a dog or any other pets. I ask the driver if he had any ice cream for myself and he gave me dog food which of course I do not want. I also noticed that they are charging a delivery fee which has never been explained to me. Both the dog food and the delivery fee needs to refunded back to me. I live in a mobile home park and there are signs saying no solicitation is allowed. The park is lenient until a problem comes up and now a problem has come up. I have tried to contact this company all day today and nobody is picking up the phone. ******** is not allowed in this park for solicitation. If I see them they will be reported. I have already contacted my landlord about them harassing me.
