I purchased Jabra Enhance Select 500 hearing aids in August, 2024. In January, 2025, one of the earpiece/wires went bad and I have spent 6 weeks trying to get a replacement with no luck. I first spent three weeks of correspondence with what I thought was the right Jabra service but after 3 weeks of giving them all the info they asked for, they said: "Sorry, we only handle service for India". Huh? They knew from the get-go that I was in the U.S. so they wasted my time. I then contacted what I believe is the U.S. service point and I have been three weeks dealing with them and all they have done is said: "we'll be getting in touch." Thanks!!! Their service SUCKS!!! I'd be willing to pay for the part but that brings up another issue. It seems that their service and sales is totally oriented to their Audio Products, not the Jabra Hearing aids... (which is a knockoff of ReSound) All the info they asked for and forms to fill out dealt only with Audio products. I have gotten no where and will not be dealing with Jabra again. At the moment, it is a total write-off and waste of money!Jabra Enhance

I had high hopes for the Jabra Enhance Select 500 hearing aids I purchased but found that I literally heard better without them than with them. I have a moderate high frequency hearing loss typical for the 72-year-old that I am. I worked extensively with Jabra support to get them customized for my audiogram and other tuning was done, I wore them extensively for about six weeks to see if I would adjust to them and see a change. I found streaming of music and phone calls to be just awful. The noisy restaurant noise canceling setting did nothing or almost nothing. The general processing of sound through the hearing aids degraded it rather than enhancing it. I thought that perhaps technological advances and the nonprescription hearing aid movement would mean I could get helpful hearing aids for a reasonable price. Nope. I was able to return them within the 100 day trial period for full credit. In contrast I recently bought TOZO NC9 wireless earbuds and they have amazing sound quality and dramatically effective noise cancelation for about $30. Sure these are earbuds and not hearing aids but they offer a glimpse of what high quality sound processing looks like and how inexpensively it can be done.Jabra Enhance

NEVER BUY JABRA HEARING AIDS!!!!!! On 07/23/2024 we bought Jabra Enhance 500 (Rechargeable) with Premium Package. We paid $1,695. We have been calling them continuously to tell them that they do not work for me. They continued to tell us that they can help us. So, it went on for months of calling, but they still do not work. I finally gave up and said I want my money back. They said they can't give us the money back because it is passed the 90-day warranty. My wife and I told them we have been calling for months to tell you that they do not work for us, but they were rude and said they will not give us our money back. I said we can't go out and afford to buy another pair. We sincerely need help with this situation. They are the ones that kept stringing us along. PLEASE HELPJabra Enhance

Problem with the hearing aids from the beginning. Customer service delayed responding and kept saying to reset them. They delayed long enough for the 100 day return to expire. Still can not use the hearing aids and they do not feel obligated to offer any assitance other than reset them again and again and call back again and again. Very expensive hearing aids to sit in a box and can't be used, they refuse to exchange them, provide and type of service for them, or a refund. Worst experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything g from. JABRA.Jabra Enhance

1 starI have been using the Jabra Enhance Select hearing aids, and they are indeed impressive in terms of sound quality. They’ve allowed me to hear sounds I haven’t experienced since my youth. However, the product quality and functionality cannot make up for the deeply disappointing customer service experience. The customer service, as well as the corporate policies, are far from satisfactory. Once the hearing aids malfunctioned, the process of getting a resolution became a tedious and frustrating ordeal. Over the span of several months, I had to jump through numerous hoops. Despite sending multiple emails within a week, I received no responses, only to be told over the phone that they "never return emails in a timely manner." This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential devices like hearing aids. When I finally managed to secure a video meeting after waiting for two weeks without functioning aids, I was told to wait another month for a solution. Even after they agreed to replace the malfunctioning units, I was not informed of what was wrong with them. Instead, I was made to feel as though my concerns were trivial. The replacements I received were reconditioned units, which raises concerns about whether they would be passed on to someone else had they not been completely broken. Given that this is the second time I’ve encountered this issue, it is clear that the company's approach to resolving customer complaints is severely lacking. If Jabra is unwilling to replace defective products with new ones, then they should either improve the quality of their devices or consider shortening the warranty period to something they are capable of honoring. Alternatively, they could take a page from Walmart's book and simply "do the right thing" from the start. Customers deserve better. It’s as simple as that.Review fromWilliam F

Response takes 48 hours from original request for default hearing aids. And after they respond, replies can then take up to 48 hours. I have had an issue since July 16th and after going back and forth, they finally sent me rebuilt hearing aids, for which one of them was received not working. Issue still has not been resolved, it is now August 9thJabra Enhance

2 starsI have had these hearing aids for almost two years. They work very well, and I am pleased with the customizing capabilities the software provides via the Jabra app. However, recently the app seems to be resetting itself, causing me to have to pair them as if they were brand new. This has occurred multiple times. I contacted Jabra, and they advised me to take the matter up with ******, where I purchased them. This makes no sense as Jabra provides the app software, not ******* I pointed this out to Jabra to no effect. The bottom line is that I cannot recommend this product and company due to poor customer service. I suggest finding an alternate source for hearing aids.Review fromjames b

I have had my aids for 2.5 years and lie the product. i have had good seervice for a replacement as well as from the audiologists. my revieqw is on the web site. I am trying to find out if my aids have telecoils. they are essential for hearing in large public spaces. Which are required to provide hearing assistance. a federal law. i could not find anywhere on the site where i listed specifications for my aids, which are battery driven and older. WHen I tried to use the chat to ask, it would not send a message the first 6 times I tried. when it finally did, i provided what it asked for and did not hear anything for 15 minutes. when i asked if they were still ther i received a note saying the team will beback tomorrow. this was at 3:********** time. Reaching the ****************** on the phone is similarly frustrating.Responder let me know or make it easy on the site to find specs or have a chat that is manned by real people more that 5 hours a day.Jabra Enhance

First and foremost, the Jabra Enhance Select 300's are fantastic! My review is going to focus on discrediting the notion that you should go to a local Audiologist / Hearing Aid Store. I made that mistake and spent 2 months going back and forth to that store trying to resolve my many problems that I had. I was so disgusted that I returned them just shy of the 2 month trial period. I did some web surfing and thought I'd give the Jabra's a try. Great price with a 100 day trial period. What did I have to lose? I applied for the financing and was notified immediately. Did the online hearing test and had the hearing aids in 2 days. Immediately was emailed to set up a consultation with a hearing specialist. I gave it 5 days so I could kick the tires on these. I did a Zoom meeting with the Audiologist, had questions for **************** (24 to 48 reply time) and never took more than 2 hours to get back to me. Also, I have tinnitus. My original hearing aid company said that those HA's would address that. They didn't:(... My new Jabra's, have solved that problem. I could go on with much more, but there is really no need. Give these a try and with the return policy, very reasonable price with unmatched quality and customer support it really is a no-risk opportunity. Very happy with these and just as happy I gave these "Over The Counter" HA's a try. They're keepers...Jabra Enhance
