In response to this member concern, our office received the respective documents on May 16, 2023; upon reviewing the specifics of the situation, it was identified the Plan requires additional data to add his daughter to the Plan.  A request outlining the required additional information was sent to ****************** on May 16, 2023.  Our records do not indicate that this information has been received.  In an effort to assist with this request, a manager is reaching out to ****************** to see if we can obtain the necessary data to add his daughter to the Plan.  We apologize for the inconvenience as our goal is to service the participants of the funds we administer, while complying with the requirements of the plan.

They will not let me withdraw my pension due to hardship, she said I dont qualify, well Ive been trying for over a month and if about to be homeless doesnt qualify then I will pay her place of work a visit. I never got to tell them what my issue is before she said its considered a favor and that I didnt qualify. She was laughing and thinks that its funny I lost my job due to Covid and that Im struggling. For someone to laugh at this situation I think that that would constitute a very expensive lawsuit against Wilson mcshane. Because they wont return calls and or emails I have almost zero time to pay my property taxes and these people dont mess around. The reviews about *************************** are all just like my issue. Its time they pay dearly for treating an about to be homeless situation to be funny for them. I am beyond angry and ** asking for immediate help

In response to complaint number ********, *************************** Corporation is the administrator of Mr. ******** Defined Contribution Plan.  ***************** contacted our office to withdraw his account from *************************** and Joiners Defined Contribution Plan.  Based on the information we had received, the last hours reported on his behalf to the Plan were for the work month September 2021.  As he is under retirement age and has not been out of the industry for twenty-four consecutive months, based on the rules of the Plan, he does not qualify for a Break-in-Service distribution.  ***************** inquired about a Hardship Distribution and our analyst explained the eligibility requirements for a Hardship Distribution and the documentation that would need to be submitted.  In sharing this information, he became angry and began swearing at our analyst and hung up.  Our analyst has advised us that they did not laugh at him at any time in the conversation, she tried to remain calm throughout the discussion.  Our records did not reflect a current address for this participant therefore we were unable to send him a Hardship Application.  A Hardship Application has since been sent to the address listed in the Complaint.  Should the application be returned to our offices, the Hardship Distribution will be based on the provisions available under the Plan.  We can appreciate the situation for which ****************** is in and please understand it is our responsibility to adhere to the provisions of the Plan for which we are hired to administer.  There was not any intention of our analyst to be disrespectful to ****************** as she was explaining the rules of the Plan.
