Bought a used car in Aug. 2010 Infiniti G37S with 49k miles. Had it shipped to ** from **. Within 30 days of purchase the check engine light came on. Took to local Infiniti in ************. Could not find reason. Cleared codes and gave it back to me. In Nov after a small amount of driving the check engine light came on again. Took back to ************ Infiniti. After 3 weeks of working with Infiniti corporate tech group, the reccomendation is to replace the full engine. So obviously the first check engine was the same issue. This car is a lemon. The car was never registered in CA after I got it because it cant pass inspection with a check engine light on. It still has MN plates and the title cant be transferred. I want to return the car for a full refund. I have barely driven the car. It was supposed to be a special car because it only had 49k miles on it. A replacement of the full engine is ****k job.

    Hello,

Sorry that was a type-o. I bought a 2010 Infinity G37S in July of 2023. Yes, the car had a standard 30 day protection, but because it was immediately shipped out of state, I had to bring it to the local dealership in ************ ********** for the evaluation. I did contact Luther to let them know I was bringing the car in for the check engine light. So they knew it was within the first 30 days after getting the car. The dealership in ************ could not find the root, so they reset the codes on the car and gave it back to me. And then again in July the the check engine light came on, and now Infiniti is saying it needs a new engine to fix the problem.

    Thanks,

    *****
