    We scheduled Wildlife Management Services to come to our home to take care of mice and spiders around our property. They sent out an employee that said he was not qualified to set traps or spray pesticide. He told me he would do an inspection, which took him 20minutes and he filled one hole outside; then he said we would receive a estimate for the necessary services. We were charged over $450 for this inspection. When we called to ask why we did not receive the agreed upon services (set up for mice removal and spray for spiders), they proceeded to say we need to pay and they refuse to service our property. (To note, we are returning customers who already paid over $800 for snake removal earlier in the season). Poor communication, service and not recommended as a reputable company.

    After speaking with your husband on the phone this morning, I believe we have come to an agreeable solution. Please let us know after the items have been removed from the furnace room so we can assist you in the future.
