    I am not writing on the quality of the ********** writing about the terrible customer service. I went to try this new place in **********, ** on 09/02/2023. Food was okay and all, however when I went to pay my bill the total was what I figured $ $25.36. The unfortunate this was the waitress charged my credit card for $62.87. She told me there was not a manager on duty to reverse the charges and the manager would reach back to me the next day. I called the restaurant the next day and the manager was still not in and they said the manager would call me as soon as they arrived. The next day I ended up calling the restaurant and left a message again, however at least this time they did call back. They said they could not reverse the charges on my credit card because it had been on the business two days earlier which is BS. The person told me they would main me a check and almost tow weeks later I still have not received my refund. This place is a total rip off and a pain to deal with when they make an error.
