Brought a carburetor less than a month ago off their website sent wrong item and charging a 20% restock fee was told I didnt order off their web site which I did then said I ordered it wrong that I had to put a code in to order item I went back and tried to order again just to check and I could order without a code again my dispute is the restock fee the item was a kawasaki carburetor fr730v you can try this to order and you will see you dont need a code tried explaining tis but kept saying it was my fault I am sending it back but unlikely they will refund any amountBusiness response

Customer ordered wrong. ******** says he ordered off the site and he did not need a code. Which is impossible as there is over 83 Different FR730V engines. You can see that on the following link: ***************************************************. If you are ordering a carburetor with attached info like FR730V-AS14, that would tell you that you need the additional info to order correctly. You cant order just any FR730V carburetor without matching the code #. This is not our fault and on the consumer as they ordered wrong, and due to that being the facts there is a 20% restock fee.
