If your house or Structure still has high moisture readings after a Heat Treatment, we will come back for FREE, to Dry it out to the proper levels. Furthermore, we have a 3 year NO Leak Warranty and 3 Year Warranty on our High Temperature Drying to KILL Mold too.
Also, we offer a up to a 6 month warranty/guarantee to be Bed Bug Free. For any reason you have Bed Bugs within 6 months of Initial Heat Treatment, we come back for free to Spray a Pesticide or charge a small fee $350 to $500 for additional Heat Treatments during the warranty period.
