    I had an appointment at scheduled time and your only aloud 1 appointment every 30 days and I show up this is a Thursday they open at 8am I have an appointment at 8 am. Try to open the door except its locked look in thinking maybe they just don't realize its 8 they ignore me and so I see a lady at the dumster and I say hey I have an appointment except the door is still locked and I go when do u open she says 8 and I say well its after 8 already and that's when my appointment is and she says I wil have them unlock the door I try again after a few minutes only to stil go up to a locked door and none will respode or even give me a call back. Pretty horrible beings they are supposed to be here to help people with food and they clearly have no care in the world!

    Hi *******, Im sorry this happened. As you may recall, I corresponded with you via email a few hours after this incident when I saw your email. I apologized in the email and offered you an appointment at any time later that day. You were unavailable during our open hours, so I offered you another appointment at our next available time (which was Monday between 12 and 3). SACA exists to serve our neighbors with dignity and respect. We do our absolute best to provide excellent client service while relying on volunteers for 93% of the work that happens at SACA. I am terribly sorry that this happened to you, and we would be happy to help get you another appointment as soon as it works for your schedule. Feel free to respond to my email (sent on November 30) and let me know what time works for you to come and I will slate you in.
