I had the worst experience ever with this place. I scheduled an appointment for a free diagnostic on my car at 11:30 am, brought it to them and was told itll be looked over that day. A couple hours later the company called to inform me it was low on oil and needed an oil change to do more diagnostic testing, and I said ok. Never received another call that day about my car, never left a message asking or stating they needed to keep the car over night. I had to walk to the company to see what was going on with my car, and it was closed. The next day I called and just got the busy tone. Hours went by without them still reaching out, that my significant other had to call while at work just for them to answer. The lady ****** tells her she couldnt find any report on our car and couldnt give us an answer on why we werent notified they needed to keep our car. My significant other just tells them we just need the car back if they arent going to look at it. ****** calls my significant other that they did run test after the fact she already said it was no paperwork or report on the car. When my significant other and I go back to get our car, we find the mechanic had never put back on the battery cover on and left screws and floor mats everywhere with the battery exposed(battery is inside the cab floor). Now my high beams on my car dont work and all they did was over charge us for an oil change. Worst experience ever for us and we were actually referrred to them by close friends.
