    I have no clue how these folks managed to get ********************* to endorse them as a recommended agency. They've done nothing but make mistakes since day 1. For starters, the initial policy and price quote they sent us was for someone else. Then they kept messing up on the details of our home which kept costing us money. One example is that they listed our house as having 3 bathrooms, but we only have 2 bathrooms. Usually bathrooms increase your HO policy, but because of soaring building costs, it actually increased the cost of our policy to remove the bathroom they added in error. They kept forgetting to write up a policy for our travel trailer even tho that info was provided to them up front. It took them a month to get that policy to us. Initially they were cheaper than our previous agency, but by the time we were done paying for all of these adjustments due to their incompetence, they were about the same price as what we had been paying. When our policy is up for renewal, we will be moving on to a different agency. They **** at getting things right.
