      Needed new key and fob for my vehicle. A few months later the fob isnt working very well. Called them up, explained my situation. Was told the tech that did my job no longer works there. She also said during the conversation they out source the job. They refused to assist me w/o charging me for another tech to come out and would probably charge for another fob. They only stand behind their product for two weeks yet they out sourced it. I asked what company did they out sourced my job too and didnt get a response.

      Thank you for reaching out.  If you had fobs done and they were working fine, it is not an issue on our end as to why they are no longer working months later. Therefore, we can only assist in this matter as a new work order.   We have no way to know what has happened with the fobs since they have been in your possession. However, again,  it is not possible to be anything here on our end as the job was completed successfully.

       I am rejecting this response because: I feel I did absolutely nothing wrong for the fob to start to work poorly as it did.  The lady I spoke to on the phone said the tech that did my job no longer works there in one breath and a second later she says they out source the jobs.  So did he work for this company or did he work for another company?  So I spent several hundred dollars for a product that didnt live up to its standards.  I lost the original fob after ALL these yrs.  and this new fob should have lasted more than a few months.  To hear this business stands behind a product for ONLY 2 weeks says a lot about how confident this company is about this product.  I never got told they only guarantee it for 2 weeks.  I shouldnt have to press the fob buttons more then once.  To have to use the corner of my mail too???  I was asked if I dropped it?  Really!!  Your saying that out if the e

      I was a returning customer because they did a great job the 1st time.  The tech even remembered me from before.m  

      Unless my request for a replacement fob for the lost one doesnt get fulfilled I will make sure to announce what bad service this company gave me verbally and through Tex and most importantly NEVER to return again.  

      WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT SAYING??   I guess things have changed since I worked **************** and people cared about their customers vs nowadays where apparently customers come A Dime a Dozen!!  

      JUST remember,NO CUSTOMERS MEANS NO SALES, NO SALES MEANS NO PROFITS AND NO PROFITS MEANS NO JOBS AND OR BUSINESS!!!

      Hello,

      No the customer is not always right. The fact that you are stating that is absurd. Yes, times have changed. However, we stand behind our work, but when we know it is not us at fault, no we will not pick up the tab for this.  Again, it is not possible for a fob to just stop working without reason. Therefore, we do not provide free work! Something had to be  done for the fob to no longer work.  Respectfully, we are a family owned company and we ensure our technicians are paid for the work they do. We accept you will not use us again.  We are not interested in customers who feel *********** free services and do not respect the technicians that are out on the road all day assisting customers. 

      Every job is confirmed as completed to satisfactory prior to ************** leaving. You did call back the same day or even a few days later. It was over 2 weeks. 2 weeks in which we had no contact with you and therefore the issue you are now experiencing is due to something you have done on your end.
