    **** at Probity HVAC fixed my AC unit by adding R2 coolant with a sealing compound in it.I was told by two other AC companies that my unit was shot and needed to be replaced....That's the difference between a predatory ********** and **** at Probity HVAC. Every service call I've had in the past for replacing coolant did NOT include a sealing component in it. Hence every year I had to have more sealant added and every year was told I needed a new AC unit. Probity means adhering to highest principles and honest ideals. **** certainly proves that! **** also said the coolant he used has a ** component in it too. That way if it does leak again in the future the ** allows him to know exactly where the leak is so he can fix it. He's a great HVAC educator.

    **** and his team do a tremendous job at HVAC repairs. More impressive is their communication and customer service. I received constant updates and communication throughout the entire process, from Scheduling to Completion.We are very impressed and grateful!
