- Guaranteeyour reservation: A Non-refundable DEPOSIT is required to guarantee your reservation.
Deposit is due within 5 days of your request.
Cancellation Policy:
1) ALL Deposits are non-refundable! An exception will be made ONLY if the vacancy, that was created due to your cancellation, is re-rented in the same capacity as the original reservation. Please notify us immediately if it is necessary to cancel. The longer notice we have, the better chance of re-booking the unit in the same manner you rented it.
2) If the unit is rented in the same capacity as your original reservation, we will grant a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
