      Contacted as I heard they would be a lot of help with getting a new roof. First rep showed up, helped with the insurance claim, as it was wind/storm damage. Then he disappears. Second rep same thing, totally ghosted. Contacted owner who promised to rectify, he sent a manager out. Same thing, at first great then boom ghosted. This company gets your hopes up, says theyll work with insurance. Yea, till it get hard then boom, gone. Your left with an open insurance clam and nothing else

      Hi,

      We have been doing insurance work for ************************************************************ the country.  We have helped 10's of thousands of customers with restoring their ********************** after storms.  We are a Platinum award winning contractor and as experienced as we are, we cannot always force the insurance company to respond timely.  What we do is put together all the paperwork, codes, statutes, and estimates for our customers and continue to follow up until we have presented everything we can to get a resolution.   In this case we had done the reinspection and submitted the photo report, estimate and codes to his insurance carrier.  We continued to follow up with the adjuster and have still not gotten an answer.   Additionally, we will continue to pursue until we get a definitive answer but cannot guarantee that the answer is what he wants.  Our manager is handling the insurance restoration process for him and our staff is tracking it all with our internal CRM software.  The manager says he may have missed one text from him but has been otherwise communicating and never "ghosted" him.  We are here for him to speak anytime.  The manager reached out after this complaint and left him a message but we have not heard back from him.  We are not sure why this rose to the level of a BBB complaint when he did not even call the office, nor myself as the owner who spoke to him in the past.  He knows our number and can call as much as he'd like for updates.  We have been here since 1998 and not going anywhere.    Thank you.
