            My father passed away a couple of years ago and this business continues to send catalogs in his name after repeated attempts to get them to cancel. This morning, they replied to my most recent request by claiming that they need a copy of the death certificate. This is a horrendous demand from a mail-order sales company. They should just stop their aggressive marketing to a dead man.

            My brother is elderly with dementia and has severe joint disease requiring heavy pain medication. I am sick of the sales rep calling him putting him on autopay for several thousand dollars and him being on limited income. I need to know how this can be stopped immediately.
