      I got my new portal and NO doctors are in it now!!??They actually expect me to visit each of these doctors so they can be placed into the portal so that Im able to send messages !What kind of scam is this? And every month I have to call the specialty pharmacy for my medication and I have to go through the same ritual every time. Im lucky if I can do it in a total of a half hour. Why?!! Its the same meds the same quantity the same address in the same person.Prime the therapeutics if I could give them a negative rating, I would Customers run away, run away fast. This business *****.

      If you need your prescription good luck. If you need your prescription you need to call everyday and then they will still blame issues on different companies. If there is an issue they will not notify anyone just sit on it. I set up delivery and then an hour later I get an automated call saying I need to set up delivery. I get on the phone with someone and delivery was NEVER set up. Its been two weeks now since my ** sent the prescription, the **'s ********************** got the pre approval for them to hurry the process but STILL NO PERSCIPTION. Meanwhile I am seeping pus from a new spot because of there negligence.

      Still haven't got my pain medication even after they talked to my *** I have an incomplete spinal cord injury and have been battling an ulcer, cellulitis twice since end of May. They need to do debridment which is horribly painful. I'm not letting them do it anymore until I get medication. I just can't. I finally stopped crying after 7 hours to write this. They said it had to go through some internal thing in front of **** etc. For My benefit. ****. These people are sick barbaric monsters.

      The process to file for a claim with Magellan Rx is made unnecessarily difficult. You get to this link - ************************************ in order to be able to submit the form online to get started with the claim process. But they go out of the way to make sure that never happens. The form is not digital but a pdf, which needs to be downloaded, printed, filled and then sent via mail to an address to reach them. Why can't it be an online form in this day and age?The process is made this cumbersome so that many claims are never filed. Not to mention, it takes 1-2 hours to get to talk to the customer care representative before knowing how I can file a claim. This information cannot be discovered otherwise.All I needed to do was file a claim for a Prescription Drug.

      Worst company ever. I cant understand a reputable company like Horizon contracting with them. Ive been on a medication for migraines for 15 years. Tried others prior with very bad side effects. My new employer Horizon plan uses Prime and they keep denying my medication, even though it says it is COVERED as a tier 1 prescription. Because in their non-professional medical opinion I didnt have side effects to other medications recently enough for their liking they want my doctor to put me back on them before approving the one Ive been on successfully for many years. Some side effects I had were vommitting, dizziness, blurred vision, and one even made me pass out. What doctor in their right mind would put a patient back on that medication regardless of how much time has passed! Prime is stating that because these side effects were not life threatening, caused permanent damage, caused hospitalization that there is no reason for me to not be taking them. So if I take a medication and pass out from it, you know, no reason to stop taking it. I will now have to go back to suffering with debilitating migraine headaches causing me to miss at times 2-3 days of work because they refuse to cover my medication, which again, comes up as a COVERED tier 1 drug. They are basically indirectly stating I dont need it. And every person I spoke to was more rude than the last. Prime does not know anything about *********************. They are undermining the treatment of patient by their doctors. They are taking away the well being of patients. From what I am reading this is a common thing for them and it is horrible!!!

      The first of three of the people I talked to the other day didn't even bother to file my prior authorization and jeopardized my life because I cannot get my medication...possibly all weekend. The doctors run me out every month and leave me no room for this evil. Why would someone pretend to file the form?

      To anyone thinking to work for this company I highly encourage you not to pursue it. They are extremely unorganized and all over the place! I ended up forfeiting my position there due to being so overwhelmed and stressed out. Now going on a month where I have yet to receive my last two checks from them. I tried reaching out multiple times but nothing. At this point I am having to take a loss and figure my way out of the financial bind they left me in.. I am now behind on multiple bills, risking my car being repossessed, risking eviction, andA couple other situations due to not being paid by this company. Such a horrible company to work for!!! If only I could give it a zero star rating I would!!!!!

      Horrible customer service. Youll get a different story from every person you speak with. Completely dishonest. Avoid them at all cost.
